We were recently asked by a prospective new client, refreshing questions as part of their supplier selection process.
Initially, the normal questions on standards of workmanship, company history of trading for over 21 years, equipment warranties of up to 10 years and manufacturer certifications/maintenance were discussed. However, the client’s overriding interest was in how we look to reduce our impact on the environment.
We were confident in being able to answer this question as we at Kinlochs and Son Ltd have a continuing commitment to reduce our environmental impact. This is the case for all of our employees, whether it’s our engineers fitting air conditioning units/refrigerators, or our staff in the office.
