A loss of cooling could be caused by blocked filters, failed fan motor or loss of refrigerant gas, call the KSL aircon service guys to arrange an engineer.
Are the fans working on the indoor evaporator unit in the cold-room, if so the coil maybe dirty and requires chemically cleaning, call the KSL refrigeration guys.
Firstly check that the controller is set for heating and switched on, sounds like a silly answer but this is the most common problem. If you have a remote controller check the batteries are ok, maybe replace and try again before calling KSL to arrange an engineer.
Yes we can arrange a chemical clean and maintenance of your existing systems as a lack of regular servicing is normally the cause of smelly units.
