KSL successfully tendered and won the design, installation and commissioning of air-conditioning for our local Chatham marina offices.
The chosen Daikin VRV heat recovery system equipment consisted of a combination of Daikin wall mounted, cassette and concealed ducted fan coils all served by a single outdoor air cooled condensing unit.
The Daikin system allows simultaneous cooling and heating for each fan coil together with the benefit of heat recovery.
We also carried out the installation of the heat recovery ventilation and toilet extraction systems.
