KSL were awarded the prestigious design and build project from one of our valued Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises at Courtney Road, Rainham in Kent.

The projects demands were varied, together with a tight programme, both were overcome together with delivery on/under budget.

Our installation consisted of Mitsubishi Electric VRF (variable refrigerant flow) air conditioning, heat recovery ventilation, new cold room and refrigeration rooms.

The usually wasted condenser heat being harnessed to heat the buildings hot water demands by means of a unique water vessel design.

Upon completion we fully commissioned and instructed the new staff on its operation, together with issuing of both hard backed O&M (operation and maintenance) literature and electronic copies for future references.

KSL are a Mitsubishi Electric DQP (Diamond Quality Partner) accredited company which allows us to offer up to TEN (10) years part warranty.
